Members of the EdMedia-MRG participated at the 23rd International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (HCII 2021), that was held virtually from the 24th – 29th of July 2021. Two papers from our work with chatbots in higher education, have been presented, namely, a paper presented by Dr. Olia Tsivitanidou, reflecting our ongoing work for the envisioned uses and best practices of chatbots in Higher Education, and a paper presented by Dr. Fotis Frangoudes, concerning a review of chatbot uses in medical and healthcare education, as a joint effort of EdMedia-MRG, ITICA-MRG and HealthXR-MRG.
